A Little About Me
“I believe everyone makes sense. In sessions, it is my goal to collaborate with my client to develop an understanding of their feelings, thoughts, and actions within the context of their past and who they are. I work to cultivate a safe space, staying curious with my clients and holding space for life’s challenges. You have everything you need to heal and grow. It is my privilege to walk alongside you and provide support in your healing journey.”
Everyone needs to feel safe and loved. Lauren uses an attachment theory approach to identify past wounds that have challenged these core needs. Lauren’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. She strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Through the work done in counseling there is an opportunity to learn more about family dynamics, conflict styles, identity, boundaries, coping strategies, and resilience. Lauren’s background in diverse healthcare settings have given her a passion for cultivating self-care and preventative strategies, building on what is going right while addressing what is going wrong in life.
Outside of her work, you may find Lauren baking, running, or trying new coffee shops.

Brenley Wiley
(She/Her/Hers)
MA, LMFT, PMH-C
“It is a privilege every time I get the opportunity to sit across from a client and hear their story. It’s an honor to hold it with them and for them. Therapy is so transformative when individuals are given the space to explore and process what they’re going through. Getting a front row seat to people’s healing is beautiful. Being able to sit across from an individual and say ‘you are seen and you are heard’ is incredibly powerful. It truly changes people’s lives.”
Brenley brings compassion and warmth into the therapy space and has a passion for helping clients embrace their own unique stories. She believes in providing a safe place for clients to be seen, heard and understood. She utilities a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Theory. She believes in helping clients connect their thoughts and feelings in order to gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them. She takes a holistic approach to client care and likes to collaborate with other members of a client’s care team.
Brenley is a Georgia native and received her Master of Family Therapy from Mercer School of Medicine and her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Public Policy from Mercer University. While she obtained her graduate degree she gained valuable clinical experience working with patients in an outpatient medical setting. She also obtained clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of concerns at the Mercer Family Therapy Center. She has spent time providing therapy to families in the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services and has also worked in a ministry setting caring for college students.

A Little About Me
“I believe to sit with another’s story is a sacred trust. We do not come to therapy because we are broken—we come because we are human. Within the tender places of motherhood, the unspoken ache of family, and the quiet struggles of the self, there is a strength waiting to rise. My calling is to hold space for that strength, to remind you of your wholeness, and to walk beside you as you step fully into the life that has always been yours.”
